Goals

Promotion of the All-Russian Danone and Bonduelle “Healthy nutrition from A to Z” project in the social network and popularization of healthy nutrition ideas for schoolchildren.

Task

The lack of the target audience analytics after the previous contractor’s work increased the task complexity. We took over the project after setting up advertising campaigns by the R:TA agency, however, we had to launch from scratch, including installing a pixel on the site and other basic actions. At the same time, the KPI expectations were higher than the budget’s capabilities.

ACTIONS

We got access to social media accounts and set up marketing analytics. We launched advertising campaigns for the educational institutions’ audiences – for parents and schoolchildren. We gathered the target audience by segments, using geo-targeting and Look-A-Like options, attracting users with similar behavioral factors.

Difficulties

Changes in KPI forms on the part of the customer while ongoing work on the project. Initially, we were given the task of increasing the number of subscribers and coverage, but later the training courses sales to parents became the priority. Such tasks involve different work strategies, respectively, it was necessary to completely rebuild processes and restart advertising campaigns.

EMOTIONS

We like to work with projects related to ecology and the healthy lifestyle theme. These are our values as well. We had already worked with the Danone team on other projects, so the trust and mutual understanding degree allowed us to work out each step in detail and eliminate possible mistakes at the planning stage.

Result

We attracted more than 50 thousand new subscribers to the project’s social network account.
