Goals

The NORA GROUP team’s goal in this project is to launch advertising campaigns for a cold audience and increase sales.

Task

We are engaged in attracting new users. The complexity is set by the launch boundaries while maintaining a payback range of no more than 100% DRR.

ACTIONS

The agreements clearly define the actions of the team. We launched a performance cycle using the tools of Google Advertising, Yandex.Metrica, Facebook Ads Manager, working with a cold audience. We deployed SS (server-side) to track user actions through the server together with the client.

Difficulties

Since an insufficiently competent specialist had previously carried out the management in the advertising account, the domain was in the “red zone”, and ads were regularly blocked. Getting ban several times a day can affect the quality of the entire advertising campaign. Google stopped blocking after we provided all the necessary information and documents. We are actively working in this direction with Facebook at the moment. In addition, all creatives are additionally moderated by a lawyer since the product is cosmetics.

EMOTIONS

This is an interesting experience of cooperation with a competing agency. A common goal sets the tone for communications, so discussing wishes with all possible transparency is easy.

Result

We worked according to the terms of the agreements, not exceeding the designated figures in this project. All parties were satisfied with the result. We received positive feedback. We established strong business and trusting relationships.
