Goals

Promotion of the Smart Cities Forum for information and communication technology professionals, business representatives, and local authorities on the international stage by launching advertising campaigns on LinkedIn/Facebook.

Task

The campaign had a political orientation given the tasks of improving communication between the city authorities and independent digital specialists. The geography of the advertising campaign also increased the complexity of the task: it was necessary to produce creatives taking into account the positions of Russian and Western platforms.

ACTIONS

We collected all the analytics from scratch. We launched advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn with a CPA optimization model at the start of the project. We prepared more than five hundred advertising creatives. Next, we focused on promoting current publications.

Difficulties

The number of planned ads increased from 40 to 500+ units. Therefore, it was necessary to quickly organize the continuous launch of new promotions not initially provided for in the contract. Because of this, we regularly encountered inconsistencies between images and texts in advertising in different languages. So we had to go back to the creatives again and refine them.

EMOTIONS

Everything ended with a feeling of pleasant satisfaction. We were glad to have the support of a strong team from the Monstars agency, which accompanied the project. We are very grateful.

Result

We completed KPI at approximately 424%.
