RAINER ONE

Goals

Promotion of a mobile application for calling a car washer to the “Rainer” parking space and increasing the number of installations.

Task

The Facebook SDK update required the interface and the technical part itself to be improved, including taking into account the updates of the Facebook SDK, which would allow tracking events in the application and transmitting data about them to Facebook. The tool is able to increase the effectiveness of advertising settings several times; however, the customer ignored such proposals and, in general, did not take into account the tendencies and trends of the digital market.

ACTIONS

We deployed analytics and independently configured goals and actions. We thought out marketing plans for additional channels (Google Ads, Yandex.Direct). We tested various hypotheses for the car market.

 

We created audiences in advertising accounts. We launched campaigns. The entire launch was  “turnkey”, starting with the build-out of creatives and ending with the provision of final reporting. We independently thought through and offered promotions for approval.

 

We suggested measures to improve and finalize the application. We provided the collected analytical data for the customer’s awareness of the competitiveness of the product and the App itself.

Difficulties

Complicated communication with the client. The low level of awareness of the customer’s team in digital issues created conditions in which NORA GROUP employees had to provide explanations and answers in calls, letters, and messages more often than usual.

EMOTIONS

All parties were satisfied with the work done and the results.

Result

All agreements on the media plan were implemented in full. We achieved more than 2000 installations of the mobile application “Rainer” in the AppStore and GooglePlay.
