Promotion of the brand of SupHerb dietary supplements in social networks and attracting new subscribers.

The products are sold through pharmacy chains and marketplaces. There are no ordering options in the brand accounts. Accordingly, the involvement of the audience should be based on interest in the product and content.

ACTIONS

We launched advertising campaigns and implemented up-to-date techniques for engaging users in activities under posts. We tracked the statistics of impressions and coverage, gradually increasing the indicators and testing new tools. We held contests and product raffles, creating a community around the brand.

Difficulties

Familiarization of the consumer with a new foreign product requires time and marketing efforts.

EMOTIONS

Pleasant and easy professional communication. We get all the necessary materials and access for work from the brand team. We work with several projects of one holding company for a long time in complete mutual understanding.

Result

Since it is not the first time that we work with this customer, and we have its trust, no specific KPIs were established. We implemented the budget within the framework of expectations and previous work experience in other projects.
