Goals

To promote the Trigan brand on social networks, attract followers on Instagram and create a community around the products.

Task

The development of an account from scratch and the creation of interest in the product, as it is sold through pharmacy chains and marketplaces. There is no option of making an order through the account, which means that special effort and customer trust are required to increase sales.

ACTIONS

Launched advertising campaigns and implemented current techniques to engage users in activity under posts. We tracked the statistics of impressions and coverage, gradually increasing the indicators and testing new tools. We held contests and product sweepstakes, creating a community around the brand.

Difficulties

The first stage became the most time-consuming, it was necessary to assemble a high-quality, and most importantly, an active audience for the account from scratch: it should be interested enough to leave comments or participate in CTA integrations, increasing communication within the brand and thereby increasing the percentage of new audience that will be interested in the product.

EMOTIONS

Pleasant and easy professional communication. We receive all the necessary materials and access to work from the partner’s team. We have been working with several projects from one holding company for a long time in full mutual understanding.

Result

Since this is not the first time we have been working with this customer and we are trusted, no specific KPIs have been established. We implement the budget within the framework of expectations and previous work experience on other projects.
