Goals

To promote the mobile food delivery application, attract regular customers, increase the number of installations and reduce their cost.

Task

The need for a quick launch in the absence of a convenient UX/UI product and integration of the Facebook SDK. It was simply impossible to optimize advertising because of this.

ACTIONS

Conducted a volume analysis of the market and applications in the niche, developed relevant creatives, created promo texts in accordance with the requirements and opened new ads managers on Facebook.

Difficulties

Difficulties appeared at the very first stage, Facebook blocked newly created accounts. And the lack of the Facebook SDK affected the quality, there was no way to track and optimize advertising campaigns.
The use of deeplink was directly prohibited, which is why it was decided to spill traffic through CPC. After the SDK appeared, the difficulties were solved, our traffic was optimized, and the blocking stopped.

EMOTIONS

Although there were some difficulties, the project turned out to be very successful and interesting. We have gained new experience and we will no longer make exceptions by trying to work without the necessary conditions for us.

Result

Brought +55,000 users from Moscow, received installations at a price of 50-80 rubles instead of the expected 370 rubles.
